Permission to Feel: Pathway to Healthy Emotion Regulation
Marc Brackett, Ph.D., the Founder and Director of the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence sits down with Meredith Arthur, Chief of Staff to Pinterest’s product innovation lab TwoTwenty, to discuss innovative strategies for developing emotional intelligence in adults and children.
